"FUTURETEA LTD" Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

This Service Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) is signed between the natural or legal person (“User”) downloading the “Lattea” mobile application (“Application”) and Futuretea LTD (“Company”) located at Shelton Street, London, England WC2H 9JQ, GB. The contract clauses will be deemed to have been accepted and entered into force by the User when the User downloads the Application to his mobile device. By accepting this agreement, the user is deemed to have accepted and declared that their personal data is collected in accordance with the conditions described below and within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”).

As Futuretea LTD, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of personal data of "Lattea" mobile application users in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. This "Privacy Policy" aims to inform users about which personal data are processed, in what ways, shared with third parties within the scope of legal permission, and their protection. All services offered by the Company to individuals through all kinds of channels will be briefly referred to as "Service".

The data collected by us in order to benefit from the services of the Lattea application and to maintain and improve our services can be counted as User name, password, name, surname, and e-mail.

As part of the services provided, the Company may obtain and transfer information about the service users within the scope of this Privacy Policy. These transfers are carried out within the framework of the conditions determined by third parties and the contracts concluded with third parties and the applicable legislation. The accuracy and timeliness of the information provided by the users is the responsibility of the users. The user is obliged to notify the Company of their real and current information and to update their information in case of a change in the information.

In the event that the user provides information to Lattea Yazılım Limited Şirketi on behalf of someone else, the user is deemed to have undertaken that this information is correct and that they have the right/authorization to share the information with Lattea Yazılım Limited Şirketi.

Changes Made in Mobile Application

Futuretea LTD reserves the right to change, suspend, or stop the use of services, information, images, and other elements without prior notice. Futuretea LTD reserves the right to make changes and updates to this Policy. It is the user's responsibility to follow the current version of the Policy.

Responsibility

Futuretea LTD is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages and expenses that may arise as a result of any errors, interruptions, delays, viruses, line and/or system failures that may occur during the provision of our services in the electronic environment.
